Auto transport terms
& conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the auto transport services arranged by Autos On The Go LLC (“AOTG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking transport, paying a deposit, signing a Bill of Lading, or otherwise using our service, you agree to be bound by
these terms.

1. Role of Autos On The Go

AOTG is a licensed transportation broker, not a motor carrier. We arrange and coordinate vehicle transport through independent, insured motor carriers (“Carrier(s)”). AOTG does not physically transport vehicles and is not responsible for Carrier actions beyond what is permitted under federal and Florida law.

Once a vehicle is assigned to a Carrier, that Carrier becomes solely responsible for:

• Pickup and delivery
• Safety of the vehicle while in their possession
• Insurance coverage for physical damage due to Carrier negligence AOTG facilitates communication and support throughout the transport

2. Customer Representations

Customer represents and warrants that they:

• Are the legal owner of the vehicle(s) or are fully authorized by the legal owner to book transport.
• Provide accurate pickup/delivery addresses and contact information.
• Will ensure a responsible adult is present during pickup and delivery.
• Will have the vehicle ready at the scheduled times.

If no authorized person is present at pickup or delivery, the Carrier may place the
vehicle in the closest safe storage facility at Customer’s expense

3. Vehicle Condition & Preparation Requirements

Customer agrees to:

• Remove or secure all loose parts and personal items
• Ensure the vehicle is operable unless declared otherwise
•  Maintain a minimum of ¼ tank of fuel
• Disarm alarms and provide keys for all ignition/entry

Prohibited items: firearms, illegal substances, hazardous materials, perishable items, cash, electronics, or household goods. Carriers do not insure personal property left in vehicles.
If the vehicle is inoperable or modified (lowered, oversized tires, racks, lift kits, etc.), additional fees may apply.

4. Pickup & Delivery Windows

All pickup and delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, mechanical issues, traffic, border inspections, or force majeure events.
AOTG does not offer refunds or compensation for:

• Delays
• Missed flights
• Rental car costs
• Storage fees
• Business interruption

Customer must remain flexible within the transport window.

5. Insurance & Liability (Carrier Coverage)

Every Carrier contracted through AOTG carries active cargo insurance as required by federal law.
Carrier insurance typically covers damage caused by Carrier negligence, such as:

• Impact damage
• Scratches/dents caused during loading/unloading
• Damage occurring while the vehicle is in Carrier’s possession

Carrier insurance does NOT cover:

• Acts of God (storms, hail, flooding, fire, tornado, or other natural events)
• Road debris (rock chips, tire blowouts, airborne objects)
• Mechanical issues unrelated to Carrier handling
• Personal items inside the vehicle
• Pre-existing damage
• Undercarriage, suspension, mufflers, exhaust, or alignment damage
• Leaking fluids, batteries, or mechanical failures
• Damage not noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery

AOTG is not liable for Carrier claims, deductibles, or disputes.

6. Vehicle Inspection / Bill of Lading Requirements

At pickup, Customer (or their representative) must review and sign the Bill ofLading (BOL).
At delivery, Customer must:

• Inspect the vehicle before signing
• Note all new damage on the BOL at the time of delivery
• Obtain a signed copy from the Carrier

Failure to document damage at delivery voids all claims. All claims must be filed directly with the Carrier’s insurance company. AOTG assists but does not handle claims on behalf of the Customer.

7. Payment Terms

Dispatch Fee / Broker Fee:
Due when the Customer approves a Carrier assignment. This fee is charged via
one of the following: the credit card on file, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, or wire.

Remaining Balance:
Paid directly to the Carrier at delivery via cash, cashier’s check, or another method
the Carrier allows.

Customer agrees not to dispute credit card charges for services performed according to this Agreement.
If Customer cancels after a Carrier is assigned, the dispatch/broker fee is non-refundable, as services have been rendered.

8. Carrier Substitution

AOTG reserves the right to assign, replace, or reassign Carriers if necessary to
complete transport.

Rates may change if vehicle condition, size, modifications, or access logistics
differ from the original information provided.

9. Storage, Redelivery & Failed Pickup

If the Customer is unavailable at pickup or delivery:

• Carrier may place the vehicle in storage at Customer’s cost
• Redelivery fees may apply
• AOTG is not responsible for storage or secondary delivery costs

10. Force Majeure

AOTG and its Carriers are not liable for delays or damages caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Civil unrest
• Border delays
• Labor strikes
• Mechanical breakdowns
• Government actions
• Any event beyond reasonable control

11. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AOTG, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Customer breach of this Agreement
• Misrepresentation of vehicle condition
• Illegal or hazardous items
• Personal property inside the vehicle
• Failure to comply with customs or export regulations

12. Governing Law & Venue (Florida)

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida, and Customer expressly submits to such jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements.

Modifications must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AOTG.

15. Acceptance

By booking transport, approving a quote, submitting payment, or releasing the vehicle to a Carrier, Customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
