Seasonal vehicle shipping between Southampton and Boca Raton, handled properly.

Some routes have a rhythm to them.
Southampton to Boca Raton is one of those routes.
Every fall, seasonal residents head south from Long Island to South Florida. In the spring, the traffic reverses. Flights are booked, homes are opened, schedules shift south.
The cars need to get there too.
Autos On The Go coordinates door-to-door auto transport between Southampton and Boca Raton, with both open and enclosed transport available.
We’ve been arranging vehicle transport nationwide since 2008.
No call center. No bouncing between departments. Just experienced coordination from pickup through delivery.
Southampton to Boca Raton
At roughly 1,200 miles, this is a trip many customers would simply rather not put on their vehicle.
We coordinate pickup throughout Southampton and the surrounding East End, with delivery to homes, condos and communities throughout Boca Raton and the surrounding area.
The reverse route is available as well.
Boca Raton to Southampton becomes particularly active during the spring seasonal return.
If you’re moving more than one vehicle, that’s common too. We can coordinate multiple cars together or separately depending on vehicle type, timing and carrier availability.
Open or Enclosed?
For most everyday vehicles, open auto transport is the practical choice.
It’s widely available, generally more economical, and the same type of transport used to move the majority of vehicles around the country.
But Southampton to Boca Raton isn’t always an everyday-vehicle route.
Ferraris. Porsches. Bentleys. Range Rovers. Mercedes-Benz G-Wagons. Vintage and collector cars.
For vehicles where additional protection matters, we can arrange fully enclosed auto transport.
Enclosed carriers protect the vehicle from weather and road debris during transit and are generally our recommendation for exotic, collectible, particularly valuable or exceptionally low-clearance vehicles.
We don’t automatically tell every customer they need enclosed transport.
We’ll tell you when we think it’s worth paying for.
Seasonal Transport Requires a Little Planning
Fall and spring create concentrated demand on Northeast–Florida routes.
We also coordinate seasonal auto transport from the Hamptons to Palm Beach for customers heading farther north in South Florida.
A lot of people want their cars moved in the same direction at roughly the same time. We see the same seasonal pattern on routes to other Florida destinations, including auto transport to The Villages.
That doesn’t mean you need to book months ahead.
It does mean that the more flexibility we have, the more effectively we can coordinate your shipment.
If you already know when you’re leaving Southampton, we’d rather hear from you before your flight is booked and the car needs to disappear from the driveway tomorrow morning.
We’ll discuss your travel dates, realistic pickup windows and when you actually need the vehicle in Boca.
Good auto transport is mostly good planning.
Shipping More Than One Vehicle?
It’s common for seasonal customers to move two or more vehicles between homes.
They don’t necessarily have to travel the same way.
Your daily driver might make perfect sense on an open carrier while a collector or exotic vehicle travels enclosed. One car may need to arrive before you do, while another can follow several days later.
We’ll coordinate the shipment around what makes sense rather than forcing every vehicle into the same schedule.
What Does Southampton to Boca Raton Auto Transport Cost?
There isn’t one fixed price for this route.
Auto transport pricing changes with the market, and seasonal demand between the Northeast and Florida can make a meaningful difference.
The biggest factors include:
- Open versus enclosed transport
- Vehicle size and type
- Exact pickup and delivery locations
- Seasonal demand
- Pickup flexibility
- How quickly you need the vehicle moved
We don’t believe in advertising an artificially low price just to get the phone to ring.
A quote is only useful if someone can actually transport the vehicle for that amount.
We’ll price the route based on the current market and explain what you’re paying for.
Why Autos On The Go?
Autos On The Go has been coordinating vehicle transport since 2008.
We’ve been doing this long enough to know that the easy shipments aren’t where experience matters most.
Schedules change. Weather moves in. A carrier finishes its previous route later than expected. A gated community has truck restrictions. A residential street isn’t suitable for a full-size carrier.
None of this is particularly unusual.
Knowing what to do next is the important part.
We coordinate directly with the carrier, communicate throughout the shipment and set realistic expectations from the beginning.
We’d rather give you an accurate answer than the answer we think you want to hear.
Southampton to Boca Raton Auto Transport FAQs
In many cases, yes. We generally recommend limiting personal belongings to approximately 100 pounds in the trunk or cargo area, unless other arrangements have been made.
If you’re planning to pack significantly more, let us know before booking so we can account for it properly.
Transit time depends on the carrier’s route, pickup schedule, weather and other deliveries along the way.
We’ll give you a realistic expectation when you book rather than promising an exact arrival time that a long-haul truck may not be able to guarantee.
Earlier is helpful during peak fall and spring migration periods, but you don’t necessarily need to book weeks or months ahead.
If you know your travel dates, contact us at least one week prior so we can discuss the best pickup window and available options.
Yes. We regularly coordinate multi-vehicle shipments and can arrange open, enclosed or a combination of the two depending on the vehicles you’re moving.
Usually, but it depends on access.
Auto carriers are large trucks. If your street, driveway, trees or local restrictions make direct access impractical, the driver will coordinate a safe nearby meeting point with enough room to load your vehicle.
